Osteitis Pubis
It is likely the central pelvic or groin pain you are suffering from is due to Osteitis Pubis.
Osteitis Pubis is an injury which involves inflammation and instability of the 'Pubic Symphysis', which is a strongly bound joint right in the middle of the front of your pelvic bone.

Rest is unfortunately the only form of treatment for this groin pain injury.
In most cases you will rest for only 3 to 5 days but bad injuries might require 3 months of complete rest.
Ensure you seek advice from your doctor or sports therapist.
Also, with any groin pain in teenagers, seek a medical opinion.
